The Tupper Street Family Resource Centre has a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere equipped with a comfy group room, large kitchen, play room, nursery room, clothing depot, general store, resource library, and computer access.

Healthy Baby
A nutrition and information group for pregnant women and caregivers with infants under the age of one. Prenatal and postnatal moms up to the age of 6 months are offered 4 liters of free milk per week in coupons. Childcare, a light lunch and transportation are available. This program is offered the second and fourth Tuesday morning through a partnership with the Regional Heath Authority. Come ask a PHN about any questions that you may have about your pregnancy or your baby’s development.
Healthy Start Nutrition Program
A cooking group where parents can learn about nutrition and making a meal on a budget, practice cooking skills, and take a meal home. Transportation, childcare, and lunch provided. Offered September through June. Check our calendar for the next session and more information.
